Daniel Burton is the co-founder and bassist for the Mad Iguanas. Since the beginning he has honed his skill as an innovated bassist with his slightly aggressive and funky style. Daniel studied music at Radford University and earned a B.S. with a concentration in guitar performance. Daniel now teaches and performs throughout the Roanoke and New River valley.
Foster Burton is a founding member of the Mad Iguanas. As lead guitarist and vocalist, Foster has successfully blended a unique mixture of original songs and covers to the Iguanas repertoire. Born in Salem, Virginia, Foster can also be seen playing in his other bands, Gote and the Dead Reckoning. In addition to following Widespread Panic, Foster also enjoys time with his girlfriend Hannah and their dog Delilah.
Mark Nicholson is the newcomer to The Mad Iguana's. Mark grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of western Virginia surrounded by music from The Stanley Brothers to The Rolling Stones. Studying the guitar styles of Duane Allman and Jerry Garcia extensively Mark developed a unique approach to guitar.
Charlie Wimmer is a founding member of the Mad Iguanas. Charlie is a self-taught drummer, born and raised in Salem, Virginia. Charlie has been providing the Mad Iguanas with a unique style of percussion and always has a smile on his face while doing so. In addition to the drums, Charlie also plays the cajon and an electric washboard dubbed "The Wah-Board".
